What to include

It cannot restore a lost save, reverse an in-app purchase or escalate anything to a publisher — Google, Apple and the studio's own support are the only routes that reach your account. It also does not take sponsored placements, paid links or affiliate arrangements; those requests are answered with a polite no rather than a negotiation.
