Privacy Policy

The word "analytics" in this site's name refers to analysing games, not people. No visitor measurement of any kind runs here. What follows covers the small amount of personal information the site does handle, under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What is collected

The four fields of the enquiry form: name, email address, optional phone number and message. Nothing else. There are no accounts, no mailing list, no advertising network and no analytics package on any page of this site.

The hosting provider maintains standard server access logs containing IP addresses and request times, used for security and troubleshooting.

Purpose and legal basis

To respond to your message, and for a stand order, to quote postage, invoice by email and address a parcel. Your information is not used for marketing and is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Transmission via Telegram

Form contents are delivered to a private chat using the Telegram Bot API provided by Telegram Messenger Inc. Your submission is therefore sent to and stored on Telegram servers outside Australia under Telegram's own terms. Emailing directly avoids this route entirely.

Retention period

Enquiries with no resulting order are deleted within twelve months. Order correspondence is retained while delivery, return or a consumer guarantee claim under Australian Consumer Law remains possible, then deleted.

Recipients

Telegram, as described above, and the postal carrier for an addressed parcel. Otherwise no one, unless Australian law requires disclosure.

Your rights

Request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing the address above; a response follows within 30 days. Unresolved complaints may be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Security

HTTPS across the site and a hidden anti-spam field on the form. No payment data is handled anywhere on this site and card numbers will never be requested by email.

Changes to this policy

Revisions appear on this page with a new effective date.
