These terms govern your use of neburidoxian.com and form an agreement with Mia Campbell, who publishes the site as a private individual in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.

1. Content

Reviews and comparisons are personal observations from a defined period of play on ordinary consumer hardware. They are not measurements, audits or certifications, and no figure on this site should be treated as one. Games are updated continuously and store data changes without notice.

2. Intellectual property

The text, structure, styling and code written for this site belong to Mia Campbell. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is permitted. Republishing entire articles, or reproducing this site's layout and copy on another domain, is not.

Game names, icons, characters and screenshots remain the property of their publishers and are used here for review and identification. See the Legal Notice.

3. Links to third parties

All download links point to official Google Play or App Store listings. Those platforms control their own content and conditions; terms, taxes and fees appear at the next step there. This site links to no mirrors, modified builds or alternative installers.

4. Desk stand enquiries

Submitting the form is a request for a quote and creates no contract. A reply follows by email with the total, postage and payment details; an agreement exists only when you accept and pay. No payment is processed on this site and card details are never requested by email.

The stand is sold privately by an individual rather than by a business, to Australian addresses only. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the guarantees, rights or remedies it confers.

5. Acceptable use

No bulk, abusive or unlawful submissions through the form, and no automated scraping of the site.

6. Liability

Within the limits the law sets, this site carries no liability for losses arising from its use or from software installed on the strength of it. Your dealings with publishers, Google and Apple are your own.

7. Governing law

The laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
